Yoga Flow classes in the evolutionary style are meditations in motion. Steady, rhythmic practices help us cultivate the full spectrum of insights available in the core of the body and in each facet of Yoga.
The Tree of Yoga has eight limbs that range from the foundations of ethics and daily practices to the joys of movement, meditation, and creativity in the state of Soul to Oversoul alignment.
Please join us in the steady flow of integration, healing and inspiration! Bring mats and closed water bottles. All levels welcome. We may use props, keeping the postures a little more tailored to the individual. Bring yours if you have them. Some equipment available. Big smiles always welcome!

HOVE lots for sale!
Catamaran Lane between Palm and Ocean View Parkways
TMKs: 9-2-63-55 and 9-2-63-56, lots 19 and 21
NTCH is selling two one acre lots in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates (HOVE).
The Board of Trustees agreed to lower the price from $11,500 to $8,995 per lot with a discount of $1,000 if the same person buys both. (They are side by side.)
We will publicize the lots’ availability to members and friends prior to listing on MLS at the end of June. If we find the new owner in this way, Lorraine Kohn will represent both parties and keep closing costs low.
1. Lovely climate, 3500 foot elevation.
2. Wooded lots, never graded. Healthy ohia trees. New owner can choose house site, and how much vegetation to keep in its natural state.
3. Quiet neighborhood. A member of New Thought Center lives nearby, and can share insights from her experience building on similar property.
4. Electricity paid in full for both lots, through SSPP program. Huge savings!
5. Less than 4 miles from the center of Ocean View, a 7 minute drive.
6. Telephone lines on the street if you want a landline.
You are invited to dance for peace — bring a friend. The Dances of Universal Peace are a 40 yr. old tradition of dancing to chants from a variety of the World’s Religions in a simple moving meditation. Newcomers are happily welcomed. No previous experience or dance partner needed.

Warrior Breath: Shifting into the Void
We invite you to join us in the sacred medicine of breathwork to facilitate deep healing and to journey within the Self to unlock your warrior spirit. Warrior Breath is a style of breathwork that utilizes the synthesis of shamanic practices including traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Ha Breath, Didgeridoo sound healing, vibration tuning, energy smoothing and alignment, and prayer.
Breathwork can assist in bringing the mind, body, and spirit back into a state of balance by tapping into the deep subconscious mind to prompt emotional release and to unbind trapped or stagnant energy. The combination of the breathwork and sound healing can carry you to elevated states of consciousness when fully immersed in the experience. We are excited to share this journey with our Big Island Ohana.
Please note - This exercise may not be appropriate for everyone. If you have high blood pressure, cardiac conditions, vertigo or impaired respiratory function please consult a physician before participating. All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability.
$40 pay cash at door

Authentic Relating Games
Presented by Lynn Lesh
Time: 1:30 -4:30
Suggested donation: $15 - 20
Who are you? Do you desire to be your more authentic self and connect with others in a more real genuine way? Authentic Relating Games provides a safe, conscious space to show up as your true authentic self, experience more self awareness, and bond with others. Let's be real. grow, build better relationships and cultivate a community and world we would love to live in .
Be the Authentic You!
Come and connect with others in a fun, safe, playful environment ? What is this!? What are Authentic Relating Games?
Authenticity is acting and speaking in alignment with our inner feelings, desires, and needs—our truth. Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of bringing our truth into connection with others’, so that we can weave
a more rich human experience.
Authentic Relating Games are an easy and fun way to introduce AR into daily life. They can help us experience deeper connections, boost empathy, see the world through others’ eyes, and understand ourselves better so that we can enjoy life more. The games are fun, highly interactive partner and group exercises that demonstrate and explore AR, and getting to know yourself better while at the same time
learning to see and appreciate more about everyone you connect with.
These games are NOT board games like 'Chutes & Ladders' or 'Checkers'.
Authentic also means that there is no cookie-cutter mold for how you “should” be or what relating “should look like”. Everyone is a complete universe unto themselves, has a unique style, personality, and integrity
that is perfectly them, and everyone is perfect and amazing as they are (including in their belief that they aren’t.)
The games provide a variety of experiences from movement, dance,
communication, talk, listening...
The Three Souls and the Mystical Nature of the Self
A workshop with Dr. Wesselman, PhD. author and anthropologist

Hank Wesselman will offer an all-day experiential workshop in which we explore the nature of ourselves through the Polynesian perspective, utilizing the vehicle of meditative shamanic journeywork to enhance our perception of the three souls and how they function to create the self in each lifetime.
